Survivors return for a blue sky beach day at Oldshoremore

We picked the teams up from survival island at 7am this morning after a beautiful night on the island. The weather played its part and gave a stunning sunset over the Atlantic horizon. The teams did really well, building shelters quickly and foraging for food against a rising tide before lighting fires and cooking food on the rocks along the high water mark.

There were some sleepy heads in the boats this morning but lots of chat once refuelled by a hearty cooked breakfast.

Off to the beach at Oldshoremore today. A chance to relax and reflect before heading home tomorrow.
