JOIN THE TEAM

Each year we recruit a small staff team who join us for the full summer season, from the end of April until mid September. The Adventure School becomes their home for that time with accommodation and food provided.

We look for a team with complementary skills and experience who will revel in working in this beautiful and remote setting.   We run high-quality adventure courses in the mountains and on the sea and look for staff who can commit to the full season.

Most of our clients have been coming to us for many years because of the experiences that we and our staff team create for them.  Having the right people is fundamental to this.
