Expedition summer camp team arrives safely from Inverness

Update: new photos added from Tuesday morning’s expedition preparation and packing.

All the young people on our second expedition summer camp arrived safely from Inverness. The earliest arrivals managed a quick swim before the rest of the summer camp arrived in time for supper. They are out now on a high point above the Adventure School in their teams with their instructor. We will write more journal posts every couple of days as the expeditions return to the Adventure School.

With strong winds forecast for the next two days, we will stay out of the mountains and plan instead to head for the beautiful remote beach at Sandwood Bay for our first expedition.
