Twyford Team arrive in the far northwest
Mark and the Twyford Team arrived at the Skerricha road end at 2 pm. Our four team instructors were there to meet them with the pickup truck and trailer. We loaded bags into the trailer, the boys and girls surrendered their phones, and we split into the four teams that will work together during the week. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the road end to the adventure school. Andrew had homemade soup and shortbread ready as the team arrived.

This afternoon we have been swimming in the sea loch and establishing the girls’ and boys’ day packs ready for the week ahead. Macaroni cheese, salads and chocolate cake for supper tonight.
As I write, the teams are up on a high point above the Adventure School to get a 360-degree view of all the places we will explore together over the week.

We will post more photos here every couple of days as the week goes on, probably every other day.
