Climbs, abseils and sea kayak circumnavigations

A great action packed day today. Fifteen members of the blue teams were out for the morning swim in Loch A Chadh Fi before breakfast, with the rest of the group running along the track.

The blue teams have been rock climbing and learning to build survival shelters and the red teams sea kayaking on Loch A Chadh Fi, with one team reaching Ardmore, and learning to light and cook wild foods on open fires.

The creels have been baited and are down in the sea loch this evening so we’ll see what we can pull up later in the week.

The weather has been far better today than the forecast suggested. Many great achievements made already.
