Newton Prep team arrive in the far northwest

It is just after 6:30 pm and the Newton Prep team has just arrived after a short delay to their flight at Gatwick. To make the most of the remaining daylight the four teams have climbed to a high point above the adventure school. From there the girls and boys get a 360-degree view of all the places we will explore together over the next six days.

They will be in for dinner shortly. Everyone seems well and we start at 7 am tomorrow with a run or swim before breakfast and a full day of adventures.

Mark will put more posts here on the journal over the course of the week, usually in the evening when the children have finished their day and are going to bed, but it might not be every day.
