Super day at Ardmore

Reds summit Ben Stack and Blues climb and kayak

A lovely day with some good sunshine yesterday. The Reds made good time on Ben Stack, summiting just after midday while the Blues were sea kayaking, rock climbing and looking at survival skills.

The Royal Blues team paddled to Ardmore with their packed lunches and sat on the grass beside the yacht English Rose VI with Tinker and the hens, enjoying the sunshine, before paddling back.

Will still have a strong team of swimmers each morning and a handful on return from the mountain.

The forecast is for rain for much of the day today, but the teams are strong and we have the option to do the survival night closer to the Adventure School if necessary, something that we will monitor throughout the day.
