Twyford team arrive in the dead of night

It is always exciting to arrive at the Adventure School in the dark. A stiff breeze and some drizzle added to the atmosphere as Rebecca met the team off the coach, with Mark and Max who had travelled with the boys and girls from Inverness.

The 20-minute walk along the track was pretty straightforward and headtorch beams caught the glimpses of red deer on the hillside above the sea loch.

BA’s flight schedule changes are far from ideal but the boys and girls have coped well and with a later-than-usual wake-up this morning and some fairly straightforward day-one adventures they seem well-placed for a great week.
