Wild weather in the far north-west
Teams head out on foot to Ardmore Point
Unseasonal mild gales are blowing across Scotland today and tomorrow but we have turned this to our advantage and the four teams had an invigorating walk around the sea loch, along the footpath to Ardmore and out onto the wild peninsula behind the crofts houses. It has been mostly dry with spectacular views, just the odd light shower. Rosy cheeks at supper time and healthy appetites for cottage pie and apple crumble with custard before a table football championship this evening.
